I ended up having to cancel my order, and my first reaction was like, oh no, this is going to be a hassle. The refund did take a bit longer than I expected, and support replied, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked. But in the end, it all got sorted out, so I can’t complain too much.

The pizza arrived nice and warm, and the box was clean and not crushed at all. Simple, but it made a good impression. I’d definitely recommend ordering from here if you want your food to show up in good shape.

They did get back to me eventually, but it took longer than I thought it would, and I had to follow up once. I don’t know if it was just me, but the whole place had such a cozy, chill vibe. It felt really easy to relax there, and I didn’t want to leave right away. Definitely the kind of atmosphere I think most people would enjoy.

Shakey’s delivery has been really dependable for me. The food usually gets here around the time they give, and if there’s a delay, the rider actually gives an update, which, shouldn’t that be the standard? The food still arrives warm too, and who doesn’t appreciate that? Nothing much to complain about, really. It’s just easy, reliable, and exactly what we need whenever we order.

The crust was actually nice and crispy, and the cheese tasted fresh enough. I just felt like it took more effort than it should’ve to get everything sorted, so by the time I sat down to eat, I was already kind of annoyed.

Pickup was easy overall. Meh. My order wasn’t actually ready at the time it said it would be, so I had to wait around a bit. Annoying. The staff did find it after a few minutes, and everything was packed up fine, so no real issues there. Just not ideal when you’re trying to grab your stuff and go.

The staff were really nice and friendly, which always makes a difference, doesn’t it? I felt like they were helpful and easy to talk to.

I order from Shakey's often, the main thing I like is that it’s just consistent. The pizza shows up pretty much how I expect it to, same taste, same crust, no weird surprises. The chicken is usually hot and crispy too, which is always a win. I’ve had a couple of small delays here and there, but nothing that really ruined the meal. I keep going back because I know what I’m getting, and when you’re hungry, that actually matters a lot
